Refund Policy

We know that life can be unpredictable, and we honor the courage it takes to say yes to a retreat like this. To protect the integrity of our offering while also being mindful of your investment, we’ve created the following policy:

Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit of $[amount] is required to secure your spot.

  • This deposit reflects our commitment to you and reserves your place, as spaces are limited.

Payments
  • Remaining balance is due by [date, e.g., 60 days before retreat start].

  • Payment plans are available upon request.

Cancellation and Refund
  • If you need to cancel your attendance, we invite you to reach out to us directly. Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the situation, our ability to fill your spot, and the costs already incurred.

 
Transfer Option
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest (friend, family member, or someone from our waitlist) at no additional cost.

 
Retreat Cancellation (by Hosts)
  • In the unlikely event we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

  • We are not responsible for your airfare, travel insurance, or other costs.
