Welcome, beloved sister. By reserving your space for our retreat, you are saying yes to a sacred journey of connection, healing, and adventure. These Terms & Conditions are here to hold the container with clarity, so that everyone feels safe, respected, and aligned.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $[amount] is required to secure your space. This reflects our mutual commitment, as spaces are limited.

  • The remaining balance is due by [date – e.g., 60 days before the retreat begins].

  • Flexible payment plans are available upon request.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If life takes an unexpected turn, please reach out to us directly. We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding.

  • Where possible, we may:

    • Offer a partial refund (minus the deposit) if your spot can be filled.

    • Allow you to transfer your booking to another woman (friend, family member, or someone from our waitlist).

    • Explore offering you a credit toward a future retreat.

  • We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the case of illness, emergency, or travel disruptions.

Liability & Responsibility

  • By joining this retreat, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and travel arrangements.

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur during travel or at the retreat center.

  • You agree to care for yourself and honor your personal limits. Participation in yoga, excursions, and activities is voluntary.

Code of Sisterhood

This is a sacred space for women to gather. We ask that all participants:

  • Arrive with openness, kindness, and respect for one another.

  • Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior.

  • Honor the confidentiality and stories of sisters shared in circle.

Photography & Media

  • We may capture moments from the retreat in photos or video for memories and promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance and we will honor your wishes.

Cancellation by Hosts

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs such as airfare or travel arrangements.
